Title of class
This class is intended to help young autistic people find an outlet for exercise and fun. Incorporating exercise with sensory integration and general well being. We are working closely with an organisation called Autism by Experience. We are currently working through a very concise program put together by them teaching what it is to be autistic and this leads to gaining the title Autistic Champion.
You will be able to take it in turns to do different exercises, including:
The class is for autistic children aged 11 to 16. It runs from 5.30pm to 6.30pm on Wednesdays.

need a break. She will look after you!
We want you to feel happy and safe
If you need a break, or some quiet time, you can go to our kitchen. We have colouring pens and paper in there.

floor, so you need to walk
up two flights of stairs.

We will be limiting the number of children to eight so everyone has plenty of space

We will put on more classes if there is the demand for them
